The event was by invitation only, and was attended by many established and respected figures and organisations based in Vietnam, with the guest list including developers such as TBS Group, Novaland, Mapletree Investments and Jen Development, contractors Hoa Binh Corp and DB Plus, and project managers WT Partnership and PTW Architects. From BSBG, Managing Partner and Owner, Alistair McMillan was accompanied by Andrew Bereza (Partner), Kevin Harper (Partner), Scott Orwin (Director), Nick Turbott (Director), Chris Brown (Associate and Technical Manager), Mark Vaughan (Vietnam Office Manager and Senior Architectural Technologist), Charlotte Wareing (Brand Manager) and John Weston (IT Manager), along with the 19 strong Vietnam team.
The opening party, in celebration of the new office, was attended by significant figures from within BSBG and across Vietnam. The new office, which represents the architectural firm’s first international venture, was founded in response to an increase in demand for BSBG’s participation in architectural projects throughout Asia. Wednesday 7 th June was the date for the official opening of the BSBG office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
